Quality

Every day we receive articles and deliveries, and every day parcels, general cargo deliveries and fully loaded trucks leave our premises for the customer. In addition, there is intralogistics with numerous cooperation partners, such as the commissioned sheltered workshops and contract packers. The incoming and outgoing goods controls are just as important as the allocation of batches and the documentation of finished articles, including checks with regard to goods declarations requiring labelling. This is reflected in the close interaction of the quality management department with purchasing, incoming goods, warehouse and production.

Regular sampling

To guarantee reliable product quality and offer fast and satisfactory solutions in the event of complaints, we are in constant dialogue with the relevant responsible parties on the supplier side. For years we have also been working with independent testing institutes for the food industry to sample our product ranges according to customer requirements and to have the marketability of our packaging certified.

Hygiene station

This also applies to our hygiene station in a separate packaging area with a sluice system and overpressure equipment. Here, especially small quantities of plastics are repackaged "factory sterile, as if from the manufacturer". The installation and operation is performed with the support of our suppliers or based on their standards.

Industrial safety/health protection

It goes without saying that health protection and occupational safety regulations are also part of our own understanding of quality. Specifically, this is reflected in our close cooperation with authorities, experts and testing facilities, preventive health care, information and support from a company doctor and, finally, in the form of extensive employee training in accident prevention, first aid and fire protection. 

We are currently classified as an "essential service company" for the supply of packaging for the food industry etc. Due to COVID 19/coronavirus, we have significantly increased our general hygiene standards and have drawn up a catalogue of measures to reduce contact and improve protection against infection.
