The founding idea for the Dosen-Zentrale was to distribute the cans produced by Züchner to food crafts like slaughterhouses and butchers and to private households. That was in 1934. Today the "Züchners" no longer produce cans, but the sale of cans to food crafts and especially to butcher's trade is still one of the main pillars of our company, but on a much larger scale. In addition to tin cans we supply screw-top jars and bottles to food crafts. We design lids and outer packaging, are Europe's largest distributor of WECK^® jars, have our own label printing plant and offer marketing concepts for food crafts, retailers and self-marketers.
