Clean product carefully before use
Application conditions: heat treatment of pasteurisation, up to100 °C for max. 1 hour
Especially suitable for jams
Not suitable for oily or fatty filling goods
Temperature range of the entire product: max. 100 °C for max. 1 hour

Application conditions for an optimal closure

Preheat closures in warm waterbath at about 65°C for min. 15 minutes
Pay attention that the jar mouth is kept clean
Pay attention to constant filling temperature of the filling good
Avoid air pockets in the filling good (change/release of the vacuum)
Pay attention to sufficient head speace between filling good and lid (creation of a vacuum)
Respect absolutely the distance between seam and cam
Verify closing safety periodically
If processed in the autoclave, the difference between internal and counter pressure is less than 0,7 bar

Check of closing safety: brochure "Closing safety for screw caps" (German)
For a successful preserving lids may be used only once.
Lid is not microwave-safe.
Please keep label for callbacks.
