Instructions for use

230 ml TO 66 + cap d205 + chalkboard

  • Clean product carefully before use
  • Application conditions: heat treatment of pasteurisation, up to100 °C for max. 1 hour
  • Especially suitable for jams
  • Not suitable for oily or fatty filling goods
  • Temperature range of the entire product: max. 100 °C for max. 1 hour

440 ml TO 82 + cap d205 + chalkboard

  • Clean product carefully before use
  • Application conditions: max. 100 °C for max. 1 hour

Application conditions for an optimal closure

  • Preheat closures in warm waterbath at about 65°C for min. 15 minutes
  • Pay attention that the jar mouth is kept clean
  • Pay attention to constant filling temperature of the filling good
  • Avoid air pockets in the filling good (change/release of the vacuum)
  • Pay attention to sufficient head speace between filling good and lid (creation of a vacuum)
  • Respect absolutely the distance between seam and cam
  • Verify closing safety periodically
  • If processed in the autoclave, the difference between internal and counter pressure is less than 0,7 bar
