WECK® cylindrical jars are real preserving classics. As in the old days they are still frequently used for preserving asparagus, string beans, beetroot, plums and cherries, but they get more and more popular in bars where they are served as long drink, cocktail or smoothie glasses – sometimes even as "to go" , e.g. with sustainable glass drinking straw.
Moreover WECK® cylindrical jars are being rediscovered as storage jars for unpacked goods or as containers that are suitable for fermentation. Beyond the familiar sizes of 360, 600, 1000 and 1500 milliliters there's a new mini WECK® cylindrical jar with a volume of 145 milliliters.
