Under this heading we present kitchen people. We talk with cooks, gastronomers, caterers, suppliers, patissiers and those who work in the cuisine, food crafting and indulguce industry. The concern is not to recipes or a food blog. We would like to present the “people behind it”. This is exciting and often surprising. What are the characteristics of these people? Where do they come from? What has lead them in the past and what leads them now to do what they are doing?
