... that Heinrich Züchner produced the first tin can in Germany in 1830? The idea was born from the desire to enjoy "tasty summer fruits" in winter as well. This marked the beginning of an incomparable company and family history in the field of packaging and food preservation. Dosen-Zentrale Züchner, owned and managed by Fritz A. Züchner, a direct descendant of the former canner, is also built on this long tradition.
Einkochwelt® offers food and non-food retailers a coordinated product selection covering all aspects of preserving, baking and serving + presentation in jars. The core component is the ranges of the traditional German preserving brand WECK and Bormioli Rocco, one of the largest jar manufacturers in the world, with screw-cap and clip top jars and bottles and a wide variety of jam jars, as well as accessories.

Due to our years of cooperation and constant exchange with chefs, pâtissiers, restaurant operators and hospitality professionals we understand the industry and your needs.
Heiko Antoniewicz is a chef, a driving force for the gastronomy scene, an author and a product developer. For years he has been on the trail of new culinary trends, or rather, he has started them himself through his constant search for new things. He combines classical cooking, modern science, traditional methods and innovative techniques. His books are internationally acclaimed and highly regarded reference books. In workshops and seminars he passes on his knowledge to star chefs and ambitious hobby cooks. For years he has been considered a pioneer, among other things, in the field of fermentation.
TV chef Alex Wahi teaches us about Indian cuisine in his own unique way. His Euro-Indian cuisine is no longer just convincing local and regional guests in his restaurant and cooking school. He is known throughout Germany from his shows on the Prosieben Sat.1 Group - and he’s a real all-rounder. In addition to his work as a consultant in the field of gastronomy, he is already successful as a second generation owner of the family cooking school and restaurant.
